Salaries for live-in candidates are around £10.50 - £14 gross per hour. A salary range may be provided with the minimum and maximum amount offered dependent on the candidates training, qualification, relevant experience, location of the position, the number of children to be cared for and if the nanny is caring for new-borns and infants.
Some payroll companies may charge more to provide weekly payslips.

Statement

We require a practising Christian candidate to take care of our child/children as this is an occupational requirement. Being a Christian is intrinsic to the job role as this will promote our child/children’s spiritual growth and will nurture them in this fundamental area and will support how we are bringing our child/children up. This will help the child/children to feel loved and secure while children often go through different fear and terrors regarding the world we live in. We require the candidate to pray with our child/children, read the Bible and children’s bible stories; sing Christian songs and worship; answer questions that our child/children may ask pertaining to Christianity and may include taking our child/children to related activities that follow the Christian faith. Does this apply to your family and is this a genuine occupational requirement?
We require that any candidate regardless of their religion or if they are of no religion is allowed to care for our child/children as long as they will be happy to promote and support our family and child/children’s Christian faith and will not diminish or act in anyway contrary to our Christian faith. Does this apply to your family?
We require a religious candidate to take care of our child/children and to play an active part in the religious upbringing of our child/children where it would be an occupational requirement that the candidate is practising the same religion as our family and therefore familiar with our religious practices and doctrines. Does this apply to your family and is this a genuine occupational requirement?
We require that any candidate regardless of their religion or if they are of no religion is allowed to care for our child/children as long as they will be happy to promote and support our family and child/children’s religious upbringing and will not diminish or act in anyway contrary to our religious belief.
